Just a quick comment on the rating:
The search list has the overall stars (around 4), while this page uses the present rating for v15 – amounting to three ratings, one by monkeyjunkey [sic!] clicking the same rating for two versions.
Does what I want, i.e. 'only' downloading for Safari and other browsers.
By the way, if anyone's wondering about the not really stellar overall rating of 3.5 stars: the 1-star ratings are on page start on page 3 or 4, back in 2005. iGetter never got to v.3, so it's all accumulated since I-don't-know-how-early.
It may be worthwhile to scroll down some comments, read Espiridon's, and check which ratings are not the only ones and written on the day of registration.
2 out of 4 or 5 in some years would still be cheating.
*Oops* 18.99 now.
I guess it's best to wait some weeks until it settles down.
I'd prefer a more open approach to the cookie list, which, frankly, does not depend on this specific company's existence.
The subscription model may appear nice (even to customers), but I doubt a central list is as useful as a number of flexible, region-specific lists. Think Adblockers: an international (US) list and a German list cover 95%.
A major issue of mine: several cookies from the same source constitute a single entry. I would expect a separate treatment for, say, localization and other cookies.
@MacUpdate: hope this is the right place - is their a proper feedback site?
Your download link doesn't work with FF 4. I get to the following page (http://dl.mailmate-app.com/MailMate.tbzMailMate.tbz):

Instant Backup
Makes it less compelling to try if I use (and paid for) CCC.

And I just love healthy competition & comparison – I just realized CCC includes an option to backup to password-protected disk images.

Recently featured over there, but I guess I'm shy and stick with Growl etc.
Apptivate
I hope Tim gets it back up. It seems to sell well and it's so close to be fully functional.

When Mailmate informed me of build 1902, I wasn't aware it was the magical 1.0.
Congrats!
