Solo Performer Show Controller

I use this software to make money 3-5 days a week. Wonderful product. My only concern is the developer who was always able to help with any problems has now gone missing in action. I'm concerned first of all for his well being and second of all for the future of this great software. I'm fortunate enough to have the opportunity to test Lion 10.7 via the Apple Developer program and it looks like Apple may be heading in a direction that might make this software unusable in future operating systems without the developer updating his software.
