My need was simple: needed to reset my wife's iPod and I wanted to copy her playlists to my Mac so that I didn't have to re-create them manually. There are many programs on the web like this and virtually all of their websites were written in such poor English that I could not trust any of them. And virtually all of those other programs cost up to $30 which I was ready and willing to pay! I was pleasantly surprised to find your site and your software - it works perfectly! And I was shocked to see this is freeware. Dude, you should totally be charging people for this!!!!
