If you are having performance issues, open the game while holding the command (apple) key. This will allow you to adjust the resolution and refresh rate, will allow you to run the game in a window, and allow you to use iTunes for music instead of the built-in music. This tip was located in the ReadMe for Rush Hour. I love this game, and it runs great on my PowerBook G4 667 (DVI) with 1GB of RAM, and I usually run it in a window so I can easily switch to other programs when playing.
