NTFS for Mac OS X

Hey just kind of new here, but i do have a questions on NTFS for Mac OS X. I see it is free on Mac Mall but wanted to make sure it would be a good product. In looking at the Paragon website it says they are in version 7, anyone now if or anyone using it like it?
