This program is simply the best on the market . It is easy to use , fast and fun . What really makes it stand out so is the customer support . I had a problem with an srt file . I contacted customer support and received an answer within 2 hours . I was then told that it would be ok to send the srt file to them so they could have a look . Within another few hours i received a response back that the srt file had a lot of empty spaces . I thought that would be it BUT i also received the new beta of submerge that fixed the issue completely . NOW that is customer support , and all this was done in the time of less than ONE day .....AMAZING.If anybody is in need of a program like submerge i can only HIGHLY recommend it ..... Enjoy
