I tried after I had a great experience with DiskAid form the same guys. TuneAid's not specially exciting but worked well and surprisingly fast (copied a big iPod Classic in minutes)...
I was not aware about this pricing issue so I wrote the devs, they were really concerned, and said they will be reviewing this shortly.
Let's wait and see ;-)

Just tried this version 4.5 today... Was the best for accessing the iPhone app files - now it's even the best for copying text messages from iphone, great great value for price, recommended!
