Junk software. SD made 3 successful backups and then broke down. Can't perform any new backup, because it stucks during copying and/or crashes. Can't even send report, because sending also crashes the program.
I paid but I don't know for what. Unreliable, unstable software. Try something better.

I wade through forums, I have the same problem than others, I mean during copying SD crashes. Log says: " Attempting to copy file using ditto" and then "ditto error, bad argument". No one solved it yet.
I can't even figure how you can help me. Sorry for harsh comment, but I fought for my very important files :) Now I copy files manually to external disc but of course I lost bootability.
That's why I switch to Smart Backup, because Super Duper is software on which I can't rely.

No, it's not. It worked well when I today run SmartBackup trial and make successfull working bootable backup. I really appreciate your efforts, but this time there is no place for sentiments: I need to protect my data. Effectively.
