Without doubt the best application for converting video and audio.

Mainly use this for FLAC. Didn't tested the other codecs but I guess they are working.

Some months ago I switch to OS X. After years of struggling with registries, files everywhere et all, I thought I had left this behind. Although OS X is much more organized I learned it still could scatter files.
I tried many so called uninstallers (most hated file name with Windows users). In my spares experience two programs came out in front. Appdetele and iTrash. Both are finding most related files. In expert mode iTrash sometimes finds more but also more unrelated. Hence the name expert mode I guess.
Anyhow, I registered iTrash. The ui is really simple and cool. In the end a helpful tool when enabling the ghost mode. Shouldnt Apple make this as standard?

PadSync

I have my iPad from today so I am not yet at home with it.
But I cannot get it to sync with Padsync. Plugged my iPad into my Macbook Pro and iTunes finds it. But Padsync not.

What am I doing wrong?
