I have downloaded this app three times. Each time I try to launch nothing happens. Any sggestions ?

The auto-cleaner mode doesn't work any longer since I downloaded version 4.6.1 I am running OSX 10.3.9 with Safari 1.3.1 I've deleted the app and reinstalled it three times but it will not work in auto-clean mode. Any one have a helping suggestion
