I agree with FRANKP: I am still using Eudora on my iMac/OS 10.6.4, but will make the switch soon to MailForge. It's definitely getting better. Keep up the great work, MailForge!
However, I have a little problem: I just upgraded to version 2.1.2 from the previous version and now the icon is in a different place in the menu bar. One is supposed to hold down the Command key and drag icons in the menu bar to rearrange them, but that does not work with MUMenu. Is there another way to move the icon in a different place on the menu bar?
I used MultiTimer Pro (OS 9) for many years and loved that app. Unfortunatley, the developer decided not to create an OS X version. On the Job is a terrific substitute MultiTimer Pro. In fact, the developer, Dan Messing, also used MultiTimer Pro for years and was inspired to create On the Job. This app is elegant and easy to use. I totally concur with the previous reviewers. Thank you Dan Messing!
I used an older version of this about a year ago to convert some old System 7 files to use with Eudora. I downloaded this updater to convert w4a files to mp3. I had no problem at all converting these files. One m4a file had a problem with encoding. A window popped up to alert me that the file, as it was, could not be converted. I clicked on the "Trouble Shooting" button, followed the suggestion on the webpage, and the file was converted without a hitch. This is a very useful application for a great price. I haven't used SoX Wrap, but perhaps both would be useful utilities.
