Chromium is my default Web browser on Windows, although I have it installed also on my Mac OS X Lion. It works fine. I update it daily via Chromatic app on Mac.
Older version 2.8.x doesn't support video calls, right? Unless there is a plug-in which enables video calls, I better stick to new version 5.0.x, right? One tiny annoyance: after I sign into Skype 5.0.x with checked "remember password" option, it DOESN'T remember the password the next time I launch the app.
The downloaded disk image, when mounted, contains an Installer package, which in turn, when opened with, say, Pacifist, shows AOL Desktop.app with a dot preceeding it, hence an invisible file.
Is that what AOL tries to put onto our Macs? Invisible applications!
