Since the developer is no longer working on Tex-Edit, and a universal binary is not forthcoming, can anyone suggest a recent text editor that has its searc-and-replace and text formatting capabilities?

Launching SimpleImage 5.5, I get an alert box that says "Failed to Initialize the Store," and then a crash. This happens every time.

I haven't been able to upload wallpapers to my iPod Touch, and it defaults to having the text overlay with my name and phone number, even though the "Display Text" box is unchecked.

The latter is fixable by checking and then unchecking the box, but I would prefer it default to off.

Even though my iPod is connected, and browsing the device seems to work, uploading wallpapers has no effect. This is very disappointing, because I'd really like a more elegant way of getting these on to my iPod than emailing them to myself.

Does anyone else find that Pithhelmet deactivates Safari's "fit image to window/click to zoom" feature? Images don't scale when I load them anymore.
