Wow! Support Team responded to you! Amazing!! Can't get them to respond to me for a simple license key. Now I'm finding out that I'd be best served by just going elsewhere even though this product worked great when it did work at all. Anyway, what's your secret to getting a response from them. Right now I'd be happy if someone just told me to "get lost". That would at least be a response. So far, one week and counting, nada, zip. Nate
