Toast Titanium

I use Toast Titanium 8 on a G5 at work with Entourage open, InDesign open with layouts going, VLC open and watching a movie, Illustrator open, PhotoShop open while working on 400+ mgb files and have had no problems with "lag".
Maybe you should buy some RAM?
