The only way I have found to make this GrowlMail install on Leopard is to use the command line installer -pkg ./GrowlMail-Leopard.mpkg -target /

Otherwise it just sat at the screen where I could click on "Just for Me" but never get the continue to enable.

It worked perfect after this...
