I've used iPod rip a lot in the last year or so, as well as recommended it to lots of people. Unfortunately, their tech/customer support seems to have really gone off a cliff. For the past two weeks, I have tried repeatedly to get a new serial number to unlock my version iPodrip. Not only have I not received a serial number (I bought a copy last year), I haven't received a reply to numerous messages and emails. Too bad, used to be a great product.
