To me the description is not that unclear. It's called UltraCopier, how much clearer can it get? It's a copy utility, duh!

I've been using this one for a while now and I couldn't imagine working without it! I tried using nothing but regular finder windows the other day and I went crazy after five minutes... :-) The integration with the Finder is transparent, unlike for example Path Finder that replaces it and only succeeds some of the time, and it adds a number of very useful tools and functions. It suffers from some stability issues but I'm not sure if that's my system or TF's fault.
