After excitedly watching all of the screencasts on the SmileOnMyMac website - I installed this app.

Unfortunately, on the first install - only the snippets ttime and ddate worked (while ignoring all of my other created shortcuts).

I removed the preference pane, and re-installed it. The second time, my snippets worked correctly, until I created my own "Snippet Group". I was unable to move my existing snippets, and saw my shortcuts disappear one by one (deleted, not moved). I then attempted to remove the group, which led to a delete confirmation dialog that would persist even after clicking Delete or Cancel - I had to kill the System Preferences process entirely.

Overall, my experience with this software was nothing like the Screencasts. Although with upcoming releases, I will try it again - as I believe it is an invaluable resource for anyone who sends out e-mails frequently throughout the day.

I've just tried out this little app and I'm very impressed! I am trading in Aussie shares and it looks to be working great... My only trouble so far is that I cannot change the "Data Source" from United States to Australia... if somebody else could shed light on how I can do that, it would be greatly appreciated.
