Loved AppShelf so was happy to invest in this upgrade.

Arrrghh! Not only is this a horrible interface but it won't open my old database.
Saying there is an error. So all my serial no.s are now gone.

Thank god for TimeMachine. Deleted this awful version and managed to restore the original and my old database.

Whew.

Stay away from this until it's fixed.

Version 2.01 has solved my problems plus it makes the interface a lot more useable.

IMHO it still needs work but at least it didn't trash my serial database this time.
My only issue now is that some apps think they are not installed when they really are and hence their icons have been removed. I guess I just need to re-import them from the Apps list. It would be good if there was some kind of "re-link" feature.

But I can live with this.

Thanks for such a speedy update with all the interface changes added as well.

While it's good software I don't recommend anyone buy this. All the problems listed below and the fact that when Roxio decide to upgrade it they will make you pay almost full price again! Even if you've just bought it. Very very poor.

Thanks for pointing out Burn. From now on I will be recommending this software to people instead.

Awesome software. Has never caused me any issues at all.
Using it with a Logitech Revolution MX, a great mouse with possibly the worst software ever.

Why the big boys like Logitech and M$ can't make a driver half as good as this I will never understand. But thank god there is SteerMouse!

Yes it can be a bit of a PIA but for me it worked first time.
Disk Warrior has saved my bacon too many times for me to let this program go just because the updating procedure is cumbersome.

Truly awesome software from a top notch developer.
3.1 gives you so much more and it's a free upgrade from 3.0.
Many companies would call this 4.0 and charge you for it.

If this is anything like the free version avoid at all costs. Probably the most buggy software I have every used.

Plus for what it does it's way overpriced.

Great little app. With Folder Icon X doing nothing to come up with a Universal Binary version I've switched to iconXprit with no regrets.

Only issue is the help text masks the interface too much. Make it so you can switch tips off and the app will be just about perfect.
