Thank you soooooo very much for this app. I have been a lover of this app since it's beginnings.

I eagerly await to see what's in store with this update. I download every update religiously, I don't even know what is new...at 50+Mb I am anxious.

You will always have a faithful user here!!!!

Tomorrow first thing. I have a new re-vamped version 2.0.4

New will be link support:
You can now use a symbolic link for your "Virtual DVD Library", so that your Virtual DVDs can be stored on an External drive.

Free update to those who have paid for this.

This new version is way more stable.

So sorry to those who are trying to downlaod this today. I have taken it off my server for temp.

Once the newest version (2.0) is available, prob later today, it will be back up. Such a re-vamp that it was needed to remove it.

Get ready...it's coming.

check out:

So, after some steady work, I have developed what I believe to be the "Final" set of Toolbar Extras.

Burn, Delete, Details, Eject, File, Folder, GoToFolder, Home, Info, Invisible, Pause, Permissions, Refresh, Server, Shutdown, Toggle, Trash, and Up.

Details will be available shortly. Some of these will be free, however there will be some that require a "Receipt" file to get past the 45 launch trial.

the newest set is much much better than the originals.

Working on it.

However, There is just no need to replace some of the current finder toolbar items. How can I imrove on the back/forward buttons, or the list view/icon view/column view buttons?

As a note, though I will mention that I am currently developing one to help customize ownership/permissions, one to replace "Go to Folder", one that will strip all custom icons from your selection would be very useful and cool, and one that will immediately put your system to sleep.

I was thinking the same thing about the visible/invisible thing.

For clarity:
Do you want to be able to make a selection invisible? If, so, how would you ever select it again to make it visible (without the use of another app.

Or would you rather be able to just toggle the viewing of invisibles? You know...like, show invisibles/hide invisbles.

Okay, but who actually carries the tools to open up you mac with them? For that matter, who actually carries around extra RAM just in case they need to hack a mac? If they are opening up your computer, chances are: it is NOT in your possession anymore. So, what would it really matter, anyways?

Um, whatever. you seem to be out-numbered here as far as good/bad reviews. Don't use it it, whatever.

What features, System Preferences, Network Preferenc es, etc would you like to see added? I was thinking of being able to launch applications as root from the Security Key, like Terminal, Text Wrangler, etc. What do you think?

Probably would have to add a GUI app that launches when the Key is inserted and from there maybe a small launcher list of apps.

My app only puts the disply to sleep, not the hard disks.
