TomTom: my trouble started with a usa map download, paid for, it would not work. TomTom support said it was the wrong type and I bought another version, with refund for the first. Then TomTomHome refused to recognise my device and despite lengthy help from support over more than 2 months, it will not "update" my account which still has my map waiting for me. The promised device /account update today just froze the screen after a lengthy download. The device software upgrade has lost my compass on screen although the main functions of the Go 720 still work OK. Apparently if I buy a second TomTom, I will have to use a different account with a different email address, (!). Is this just because I use Mac?
