iTunes Monitor is a nifty idea, but it has problems, namely that on my MacBook 2.0ghz, it pins one CPU at 80%. I have the impression it's polling all the time, rather than at the rate you set in the Preferences.
The other issue is that it doesn't quit on its own - I have to kill it from the commandline.
FYI, if it listed the files opened by other users, that'd be cool.
Fix the polling issue and I'll give it five stars.
