Squarecaster is a tad tricky to set up, but all you need is a PHP-enabled web server. It took me a few minutes to get it going, but now it's all I use to maintain the podcast I do with the Multimedia class I teach at a high school. It's simple to add episodes, change episode data, add artwork...pretty much anything you need to do with your RSS feed.
