very nice transparent fx, BUT on a macbook with shapeshifter-24b3 beta, when I'm in an app, say firefox, and I clik on any firefox menu on top of screen, say Files, I switch to the finder Menus almost 3 times out of 4 !!! very irritating...is this a bug or what ???

I actually did relaunch the fider after applying theme.

the problem was elsewhere : I use the theme in conjunction with "set alpha value" from parrot software to make app windows transparent. Certains settings of "set alpha value" for windows transparency just don't get along with theme.
