The interface is absolutely dismal: unprofessional, messy and lacking any kind of style.
Price is a BIG issue as well: the standard version should be free (let's face it, it is severely limited) and the PRO version should be around 30/35USD.
300.000 sales at 40 dollars a pop should make a happy man. I only see a greedy one.
