useless for fixed media (hard drives). Will find NO files to recover.
Works for FAT32 (flash drives) only.
There is freeware to work with FAT32 drives.
Do not be fooled by positive reivew elsewhere on the web- the negative comments here are the correct ones.

although this didn't do anything for undelete on the hard drive as specs seem to indicate, it did work on FAT32 flash and likely would work on FAT32 hard drives (although not tested here).

The support response was rapid and the right thing was done to resolve my situation--
