Default folders is a great utility, but as a previous contributor mentioned, the price is far too high.This is a shareware utility, not an app.

At £27.95 / $42 (this is the eSellerate cost, to me in the UK) this is far more expensive than the incredibly comprehensive Transmit FTP app - by $10

$20 and it is a nobrainer
