I have purchased this program and regret doing so. I've tried to contact the developer of this program for some questions and have got no replies.
With this new release i now see a "Get Xtorrent Pro." I have paid for this and for updates, but I don't see any pro version. When using v40 and choosing to check for updates, it fails to do so and thinks its the newest rev. Luckily i spotted it on MacUpdate.
Also, no support. As i just stated, I did not even recieve an email from Xtorrent indicating a new release. You would think that when paying 39.00 you would email the paying customers, answer their emails, and inform them of anything related to the product.
I give it a big thumbs down, but no matter, it wont get me my 40 dollars back. :(
I retract the Auto-Update statement after reading DW's blog:
"Please note, this release is not yet available via auto-update. In fact, my general policy is to never put releases in auto-update for at least a day or two to allow for a certain amount of limited testing."
However, I still don't see why he wouldn't email us paying customers...
