I see some people don't understand my comment, the thing is MainMenu was great it did what I wanted it to, and putting it in the menubar is very convenient BUT in the long run I don't use it all the time SO this is the reason for my earlier comment
Since my rating was kinda harsh before I will re-rate this with 3 stars because I did like it and it works well for what the developer intended, but alas it is not for me.
I got the older version for free but after upgrading from Leopard to Snow Leopard I was unable to find the serial, so I tried this new one and guess what I really don't see the point of having it in the menu bar. I always used it as and when but I could just go to the applications folder and use any other similar app.
I just updated my copy and noticed the name changed. So what was wrong with it being called Rucksack? I thought it was a good name and it also differentiated it from the others, now calling it Archiver is confusing and makes the application feel ..meh You went from iArchiver to Rucksack and now Archiver O_o
The minimalist design is great but flawed, most people get a lot of emails and would prefer to view them quicker in a list and with a high rendering speed. Something like Sylpheed with html support would have been better. Lets hope things change as Sparrow matures...
This is great for taking notes, it's quick and easy.
I hope the developer adds the option to run it in the apple menu bar, this would be awesome as I can then take notes as and when without having to open the application every time.

I just hate opening an archive without knowing what lurks inside...
