Reading the revues for 10.7.2, and still limping along with 10.7.1,I can’t understand how Apple could get it so wrong. To date O.S. X has been such a solid and dependable experience and Microsoft was the one to launch the submarines with the screen doors. While not Planet X hurtling towards the earth in 2012 this X.7.2 is still something to be avoided...... Any rumours about 10.7.3 fix on the horizon?

With Safari hanging and Mail hanging,(also will not send) I feel that this has effectively isolated me from the net and any email communication, lucky to get on this time. If there is a patch in the works I have no idea how many hours it will take just to establish a connection to begin a long slow down load. So many people on the net looking for answers to this very problem as well as other Lion related problems.
With windows 8 upon us do we really need to look so weak?

Wacom and 10.5.3
The Tablet driver works , the Tablet works, the Pen works!
I was looking at possible combinations , soft ware/ hardware, and the long and the short of it is..
The OS 10.5.3 update has rendered the USB ports on the back of the 20 inch Apple screen useless.
Now the wacom works.. that's great
shame about the USB... that's not so great

Wacom users beware.
After a smooth as silk instalment of 10.5.3 the Wacom Intuos 3 is no longer recognised and folks at Wacom just point at 10.5.3

Oh , and Safari crashes after online PDFs

Installed 10.5.3 on my G5 and the Intuos 3 PTZ is no longer recognised. The usual... un instal, re instal reboot, try previous drivers, no joy
Emailed Wacom .... ho hum....

NO support and no response. There are no updates for Tiger and again no response. Registration scheme is useless . Yes I just copied from another review.. But then it sez it all. So if you have disposable cash, and want to support a crook...........

For years Quicktime just worked so well that you never knew it was there.Suddenly there is an echo every time I try to watch anything on line. I have reinstalled the newest QT 7 for 10.6.7 and it seems to solve the problem then..... echo echo
