I bought the original app (SecretBook) which was simple and effective. The new developers who purchased SecretBook have been little more than rude and unhelpful when asked perfectly reasonable questions. They don't understand customer service at a a basic level - and really should get some help.

The app is buggy when using imported Secretbook databases - despite not being told this until a couple of months of use - and then they told me 'fixing this is not high on our priority list'.

I asked for a refund as it doesn't work - they told me they don't offer refunds.

Hopeless. I'm off to 1Password or another similar product where hopefully the developers are not so ridiculous.
