This is a hard product to recommend at the moment... Most of it works great, most of the time... but the support is absolutely appalling. Even saying "feedback" or "support" implies that it exists, and I am not convinced it does. There is not even so much as an automated response when you send in a request. If you have questions or issues its essentially up to your ingenuity and that of the community at large to solve. Aside from a basic troubleshooting guide there are no manuals, no blog, no references of any kind, so the total silence from support is truly galling. You don't have to look far to find that I am not exaggerating. So, like I said, hard to recommend. It works for the most part, but if you have any issues at all you are completely on your own. Don't expect any help whatsoever from Nullriver.
