The developers of this application apparently know nothing about the Mac platform. I highly recommend not installing it.

The install program creates a directory in root (VERY BAD), /Cambridge, instead of in the /Applications directory and gives you no option of placing it anywhere else. The /Cambridge directory is created with owner 501, instead of root or the installing user's ID, and has permissions of 700 so that only user 501 can access it. This might work if you just happen to be user 501 but is very bad practice.

Even after I fixed all the ownership and permission problems with this installation the program mxOSX would not run at all on my MacBook Pro running Snow Leopard.
