Actually, works great (better than the PC version). If you've installed the latest Security Update from Apple, then version 2.51 will not open. IBM has a fix:

Despite the comments of the reviewers below, I find this app. quite nice and long-awaited. In the end, an application is only as good as whether it offers the features and ease of use you need. It has better indexing features than Preview, and these features are particularly important in my line of work. It is VERY fast on an intel Mac--and long-awaited. Finally, Shubert PDF plug-in doesn't work on an intel mac, so that app. is totally useless to me.

Launchbar is a great tool, and probably the first of its kind. However, for what I do, I prefer the freeware Butler. I find that more customizable, and with the multiple clipboards, far more useful.
