Purchased downsize almost 2 weeks ago, paid for it and no move at all from the develpper. No serial, nor instructions received. feel like robbed at this time.

OKay, Finally got it after 10 days. so, i take back my comment. They are just a bit slow

got a license that does not work. (file not recognized by the software).No answer from the developper to solve the problem nor reimboursement of the money
