MacUpdate shows this as a "free" app, but it is really just an extremely crippled version of the paid version (this tactic is too much like CNET/Download.com). About 99% of the words you would want to look up are locked out of the free version of the app. It may be worth the 10 bucks, but I was so turned off by the 99% uselessness of the free version to consider paying for it.
Installed it on MacBook with Snow Leopard 10.6.1, and made it active in the top Finder menu bar. Had it running for about three days and during that time, my menu bar would either be completely transparent, be completely non-existent, be completely unresponsive, or no Finder at all except for the wall paper and the app dock. As soon as I removed it from the Finder menu bar, the computer was back to normal. It looked like it would be a very useful utility, but I think I can do without it to keep my Finder working properly. If anyone has any suggestions how to correct this issue, please post. Thanks.
