RecipeBook won hands down. It's the best & the easiest I've found and I've spent a pleasant morning transferring many bits & pieces of recipes in my documents folder.
I particularly like the way it allows me to sort the recipes my way.

A Farewell to Kings
I have been using it from its first appearance back in OS9 & it has always been one of my favorites.
It's difficult enough to keep you on your toes & keep you interested.
The new larger size is certainly agreeable.
