Mozilla Thunderbird is opensource and free. PostBox is based on Thunderbird. It is not free, I can't for the life of me find anything in it that Thunderbird doesn't have. At least, I don't see anything worth paying for. Now the "developers" of PostBox release of feature-reduced version of their email client free of charge.
Wouldn't it make more sense to imply use Thunderbird and let it go at that?
Thoth is based on John Norstad's NewsWatcher, which is in the public domain. Freeware MT-NewsWatcher, a distribution of this venerable Mac USENET news client, is under active development and available elsewhere on this site.
As of qtiplot 0.83, this app no longer worked on my computer. Other Qti-based apps continue to work fine.
Now, these people want "donations," or no binary versions. No "donation," no download, no exceptions. Well, there are plenty other fish in the sea. I can let this one go, and I will.
