I seriously do not understand most of these 1 star commenters,
I'm on Lion and 1Password works flawlessly for me.
The new Safari extension takes some getting used to for sure, but the stand alone 1Password application is as great as ever as a secure data manager and it's UI hasn't changed a bit.
Sure, there are some missing features (right-clink menu, manual save) in the Safari extension right now but thats no surprise since the Agile team in in the progress of rewriting 5 years worth of code because of some key changes in the way Safari 5.x handled extensions!
Give them some time, I'm sure they will fix all of these "inconveniences" in the near future.

Whats the difference between this and using the Finders lock file command?
Select file>Get info>General>Check the "Locked" checkbox.
It too will warn you if you try to move/delete the file and allow you to cancel the operation.
For those of you who still own a serial for this game, and still have the application it can be fixed to run on Snow Leopard.

Application is a pleasure to use and is very good at finding all the scattered files. It's Smart Detection mode works very well when deleting applications, only when an application is several folders deep and you delete the topmost folder does it sometimes not recognize the application and launch TrashMe.
Developer is friendly, helpful and pretty quick to add reasonable suggestions.
