Great app, terrible support. Shovebox really is superb at what it does - simple, elegant, makes life at the Mac a lot simpler. The iPhone app is terrific, too, and for me the main reason to have the app. It means you can easily carry your docs, notes and snippets with you to catch up on when you're away from your screen.
But - and it's a fairly big one - Wonder Warp's support is just lousy. Some time ago the two apps stopped synching. They would start, apparently talk to each other fine for several minutes, then cut out for no apparent reason. I contacted WW via their website almost two months ago, with no reply. There seemed to be some problem at the site. Emails eventually got a reply saying they would be in touch “in a few days”. That was six weeks ago, and despite follow-up emails there has been nothing since.
This is close to being the worst support I've ever come across for a a Mac app - and I've used hundreds of them. A real shame, and means I‘ve given up using the app, as this synching ability was its main use in my case (which, of course, it won't be for many).
So, highly recommended, but be aware you may be risking your money if you ever need support. Unless others have better stories to tell...
