Swift Publisher

I am currently using swift publisher and I think its great nd really simple. Although I am having difficulty in producing quality PDF's. When I create a pdf on my mac, I open it and the colours and gradients look fantastic like the original document but when I open it as a pdf on another PC it looks really bad. Colours dont look the same and the overall feel looks really amateur. Why is this??? Am i doing something wrong?
