But wait, there's more. This application is scriptable as well. This has allowed me to create 130 page documents with 2000 internal links by merging 4 different PDF files. Once I had the Applescript written I was creating these files in 2 minutes. To do the 2000 links manually would be impossible.
The developer is very helpful and responsive.
