I know next to nothing about video and managed to do successful screenshots to upload to YouTube immediately. I was able to just click on the YouTube configuration, choose H.264 compression and got successful video screenshots on my first try. There is very reasonably priced pro version but this no fuss version is exactly what I wanted for casual, occasional use.
