got a copy of LeopardCC (the updated to SLCC) - it has lots of features, but I have only used "tune xxx broadband"
first time I used the the above feature it screwed up my mac, but after reporting to developer he did fix it - i'm just a bit gun shy to use that feature again
I use OnyX for my maintenance, just don't know if LionCC is worth the $7 upgrade fee
SuperDuper should be the 1st mac utility you buy after you buy your mac. With the prices of hard drives so low these days, it's a no brainer to use SuperDuper to make a bootable clone of ALL your data.
If something happens to your internal hard drive, you can boot from the cloned backup and you're back in business.
I bought an earlier version as part of a bundle and found that after setting up espionage I was getting lots of file errors from my Drive Genius DrivePulse monitor. I repaired the directory using DiskWarrior and things would be ok for a while and then I'd get the errors again.
I finally de-activated Espionage and my errors have gone away.
I'm using a Seagate Momentus Hybrid XT 500 GB HD in my MacBook Pro 17" (now 2.53 i5) 8 GB RAM, 10.6.7
I updated Espionage to the most recent version and will give it another try.
i bought this product back a few version of OS X ago, and tried tune my internet connection only to have it screwed up - contacted developer and he did eventually fix it
$10, it's ok, but for free OnyX is still a better value
also wish that SLCC allowed me to download the update directly from within the app.
ok util, but not a "must have" in my opinion

any plans for you to fix this incompatibility with DriveGenius DrivePulse in future releases of Espionage?

found insomniax and it works as described
too bad they haven't found a way to let the display go to sleep in 10.6, but other than that it works great
thanks for a great, free app

I am so impressed how well it work and how diligent the developer is and am still in awe that OnyX is free.
OnyX is one of the best utilities for OS X.
I love that it can shut down your mac after it's done it's work.
great way to have to do it's work and shut down before I go to bed
