Like many other long term Mac users (1984), I have found that Lion OS to my thinking has been dumbed down.
Perhaps we Mac user have higher expectations with every new Mac Os that is released.
I personally find there are too many silly add ons that I never use, and the OS for Mac's is becoming intertwined with IOS for the like of the iPad & iPhone devices.
Its definitely become more about glitz, and less about really improving the basic OS and making it more robust.
Perhaps its what most people either expect or want..
A truly most excellent little app which vastly improves the use of just about any webcam. I have been using it for a number of years, and it only improves with every update.
It works faultlessly with my new iMac, and should in my opinion be part of the Mac OS.
Excellent value for money.
I use Radium, and find it to be excellent. I would however like to see countries listed in the menu to make it a little easier searching for a suitable radio stations Having a search box is ok, but listing countries that are available to tune into would be nice.
I've been using this little app for quite some time and found it to be better than any of the other similar apps. Its successfully done its job every time, and I can't fault it. I will continue to use it to cleanly delete anything I no longer want on my HD.
I can't say I'm over impressed with Lion. Perhaps I was expecting more..I certainly was not expecting so many of my older apps to be disabled once I installed Lion on my new iMac.
I find a lot of the so called new features rather useless to me.. and dare I say, I found 10.6 to be more to my taste.
I'm not a new to Apple, been using a Mac since 1985, and I a good idea of what a good OS is all about.
Maybe.. just maybe we might see some improvements with future updates.
Overall its good value. It does as specified, and has not at any time failed me.
I'd like to see a better interface and a faster import/conversion time for movies.
Compared to the many other similar apps I've used over the years, this one would be the easiest to use, but its not quite drag and drop..
A really great little app which I use all the time.
Its by far the best live streaming radio application I've used.. and you can access it straight from the top menu bar on your screen.
Downloaded this latest version, only to be informed there was an update for this version.
Tried to import a movie twice.. and it froze both times. I had to do a force quit to stop the process.
Not impressed with this trial version of iVI 2.6.
This version fails to open Logitech Control Center 3.3 pkg on my MacPro using Mac OS 10.6.4
I have not previously seen this problem using any version of Pacifist.
Unable to select the LCC package which is sitting on my desktop.
[Version 2.6.4]
