I had the same experience reported by another- the 1.0.3 installer installs a program that calls itself 1.0.2. I had the same infinite auto-updater loop, too. Get Info reports that both files have an identical number of bytes- "Size: 19.1 MB on disk (18,029,228 bytes)". That's further proof that the new installer installs the previous version.
