Apple iDVD

lpfdc had trouble on 12 Oct 2007

1. I have iDVD 6.0.3 which came with my mbp. Tried to download 7.0.1. Could not open it because it could not find qualifying app. Why not? Do I have to pay $100>

2.I also tried to import jpegs from my western digital external hard drive to iDVD 6.0.3. Mbp saw the wd, but would not import.

Is problem related to:

1. 21.0 above or
2. that the jpgs went from my camera to a mini-PC to WD or
3. my incompetence and unfamiliarity with iDVD?
