Apple iMac EFI Firmware Update

The Apple Support document about 'iMac EFI Firmware Update 1.9' (https://support.apple.com/kb/DL1498) addresses iMac (Mid 2011) computers; there is no mention in that document of iMac (Early 1011) computers.
Why this confusion in this MacUpdate Download page?

Should read 'iMac (Early 2011) computers' instead of 'iMac (Early 1011) computers'. Sorry for adding to the confusion.

Have been using EasyFind for many years with most satisfactory results. Never felt the need to use Spotlight.
It has never crashed nor stopped responding.
It will find files when searching for file contents by simply inserting an applicable URL in the search field.

Expander could not open a .sit.hqx file when designated, using the 'Open with' in the Finder (The application cannot be opened -35); however, Expander having been launched, opened this same file when it was dropped on the Expander icon.

This is the second time that version 1.71 of DV is included in the updates, the first time on Oct 4, the second time on Oct 10, 2011.
Have there been any changes in between?

I would suggest as similar software RealPlayer Downloader, but this is not possible as MacUpdate doesn't consider RealPlayer Downloader as an app.

I use this app regularly and it fulfills my needs in a perfect way.

On the MacUpdate listing of apps, MConvert is shown with a one star rating. Should the overall rating not be shown instead of the rating of the latest version?

To view a PowerPoint presentation in a PPSX file, using NeoOffice, you can try the following:
- select NeoOffice to open the PPSX file,
- on the Filter Selection chart that will appear, select Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 XML,
- after viewing, you can be save the PowerPoint presentation as Microsoft PowerPoint 97/2000/XP (.pps).

Running Mac OS X 10.5.8 on PPC G4 (eMac from 2003).

BORODAVE's comment with regard to v3.1.1 also applies for v3.1.2.
The hint given by GREMM doesn't work for me. When pressing the 'esc' key, the presentation returns to the familiar screen and then closes.

Could it not be indicated by MacUpdate that the intel version will be downloaded when clicking on 'Download Now'?
