DVDRemaster Pro
64 bits didn't give me anything, you can run 64 bits apps in 10.5, and the new quicktime player has less features than the old one, but this isn't about SL (it was about the upgrade policy).
I suggest any potential user reading this to try the demo which is free at all times and decide for themselves.
